Bobby Jones won the Grand Slam, collaborated on the design of Augusta National Golf Club, founded The Masters, and was an inventor and innovator, an entrepreneur and a student.

Named for his grandfather, Robert Tyre Jones, Jr.
was born on March 17, 1902, in Atlanta, to Robert and Clara Jones, and grew up across the street from East LakeCountry Club.
